Terms and Conditions: Paid Prize Draw

Eligibility: 1.1. The Paid Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, unless tickets are purchased under supervision of an adult.

Entry: 2.1. Entry into the Paid Prize Draw requires payment of the specified entry fee as outlined in the draw announcement. 2.2. Entrants must follow the instructions outlined in the draw announcement to be eligible for entry. 2.3. Multiple entries allowed with no maximum amount of entries. 2.4. Entry fees are non-refundable.
- Purchase: 3.1. By purchasing a prize draw ticket you are purchasing a digital piece of art, you're acquiring your product. As a result of this purchase, you're automatically entered into the Prize Draw, which is an additional benefit of acquiring the digital art. Every individual who enters will receive the digital art, and one lucky purchaser will also win a full bottle of the fragrance associated with the current month's Prize Draw.
- Prize: 4.1. The prize(s) will be as stated in the draw announcement. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize(s) are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 4.2. The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by The Fragrance Collective and/or its agents. 4.3. The winner(s) will be notified by email on the day of the draw, which is typically the last day of the month. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner(s) and pick a replacement winner(s).

Data Protection: 5.1. Any personal data relating to the winner(s) or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

General: 6.1. The Fragrance Collective reserves the right to cancel or amend the Paid Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstance outside of The Fragrance Collective's control. 6.2. The Fragrance Collective's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Paid Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 6.3. By entering this Paid Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 6.4. 20% of all profits will be donated to a charity of the winners choice.
